MATERIALS
• 3/8” Ribbon Turquoise #30105072
• Turquoise tulle #30132536
• Pink tulle #30152379• Scissors
DIRECTIONS
1) Measure waist then add 20”. This will be the length to cut your grosgrain ribbon. The 20” allows for a bow to be tied.
2) Cut tulle in 25” strips (approximately 20 of each color. You may need more depending on the fullness you desire.)
3) Loop and tie tulle to ribbon alternating colors.
NOTE: This project would go great with the Troll Headband project!
