• Hot glue gun

1) Cut twelve 25” strips of tulle.

2) Loop and tie tulle to headband.

3) Gather tulle at the top. Use a rubber band to tie ends, leave aproximately 2”-4” at the top.

4) Tie ribbon to hide the rubber band.

5) Hot glue ends and secure with a flower so the tulle does not slide off headband.

6) Embellish with more flowers.
