DIRECTIONS

Take the 5 in. x 5-1/4 in. cardstock and fold it in half so that you have a 2-1/2 in. x 5-1/4 in. piece.  Round the four corners.  At the fold line, measure in 1 in. from edge.  With the piece folded in half, use the 1/4 in. hole punch to make a hole at the 1 in. marks.

Cut out designs from the printed cardstock and tape to the topper and bag randomly to decorate.

Thread the ribbon through the holes.  Leave the 6 in. of ribbon at the top for the handle and tie the ends of the ribbon together under the fold.

Fill the bag with treats.  Place the cardstock with handle onto the top of the bag when you have filled the bag.  Tape the topper down to the bag.
