• 4 in. x 6 in. Bent Acrylic Frame*

• 4 in. x 6 in. printed paper for backing

• Cut-out or photo smaller than the 4” x 6”

• 1 1/2 in. x 2 in. Post-it Note pad

• Aqua tube

• 2 qty. Pop Up Glue Dots

• 1/4 in. Double Stick Tape

• Optional - 15 in. of sheer 5/8 in. ribbon

• Pen

NOTE: You can use any size of Bent Acrylic frame; you’ll just need to adjust the size for the paper inserts and other embellishments.
