DIRECTIONS

NOTE: Please refer to PDF for patterns.

Fold the white cardstock in half, making it 8-1/2 in. x 5-1/2 in. in size.  Place the pattern for the kittyʻs head along the fold as noted.  Trace and cut out.  Using the scraps of white cardstock in the corners, trace the patterns and cut out 2 ears.

Trace and cut out the flower, eyes and nose pieces from cardstock according to the patterns.  Optional:  You can use flower shaped punches instead if you prefer.

Place the kitty's ears between the two layers of cardstock, one on each side.  Use the double stick tape and tape ears down.

Arrange the eyes and nose on kitty's face and tape in place.  Layer the flower pieces and tap together.  Place by kitty's left ear and tape in place.

Trim and round each end of the 6 black strips for the whiskers.  Trim 2 strips down to 1-1/2 in. for the middle whiskers.  Arrange three whiskers on each side and tape in place.

Open up the two layers of the kitty's head and place a jumbo craft stick at the bottom edge, extending outward for a handle.  Tape craft stick in place.  Placing tape along the perimeter of the kitty's head, tape the two sides closed together.
