Must recognize and be comfortable with these stitches - chain stitch (ch), "magic ring"/"magic circle"/adjustable ring method, single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), triple/treble crochet (dc), the slip stitch (sl st) and working multiple stitches into the same stitch.
We will go over/learn the Petal stitch (petal) within this project.
Must also have basic understanding of how to read a crochet pattern.
You'll be proud to hang this bright, mixed-media Fall Leafy Banner in your home or workplace to add seasonal warmth. Malia will guide you through the pattern to create multiple fall leaves out of multiple colors of Red Heart yarn. You will also dye wood beads in festive colors to add interest when you string all your leaves together to finish the banner. We may not string & complete your banner in class, but you will go home with all the instruction & materials necessary to finish on your own.
